Terms of Service

  1. We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not pleased with a product, feel free to return it.
  2. Our return and exchange policy extends for a generous 7 days from the date of order delivery.
  3. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  4. We process all return and exchange requests promptly, typically within 7 to 14 working days.
  5. Please note, delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
  6. Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
  7. For orders exceeding Rs.3,000, we offer an exchange option, as these orders are not eligible for a refund.
  8. In cases of damage or receipt of the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
